If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with as little fuss as possible.
- 21 day returns policy (from date of purchase)
- Returning the item in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (makes our life easier)
- Please also include the receipt that came with the item (that way we don’t muck up our paper trail)
- Return shipping costs – we will pay for return shipping, however some conditions apply (See below)
Reasons for Returns within the 21 day period
- Faulty workmanship (email us a photo) Every effort is made to ensure your jewellery performs as it should, but sometimes we miss things.
- Broken components (email us a photo)
- Colour shade of crystal/pearl is not what you thought, different from the photo
- If your package is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the package before opening it and if the jewellery is broken or damaged after opening please take another photo of the damage before taking it out of the packaging and email the photos to us (we can send the photos you took to the courier to receive compensation from them)
Upon us receiving your returned item, a replacement will be made and sent out or a store credit or gift voucher will be offered to you. (You choose)
If, you are the reason for the return (you dropped or broke it) that’s fine, all is not lost… Because we make them, obviously we can fix them too (lol) just let us know why you’re returning it [I dropped/broke it] and send it back so it can be fixed. Simple! Return shipping is at customers expense.
Tips and Tricks (things that do not warrant a return)
- if a jumpring has opened up and/or come off, simply reattach and get a pair of pliers and gently close it back up again, if jumpring is out of alignment gently twist jumpring on both sides until edges align perfectly. (Good as new)
- Ear wires or hook earrings are made to be pliable (as they are made of soft metal) if your wires are crooked or bent, gently hold earring wire with both hands and straighten/bend the earring to the desired shape.
*Shipping for returns – we will pay for return shipping for faulty workmanship, broken components, damaged in transit and Colour shade of crystal/pearl not as expected
- Unfortunately no refunds will be given for changing your mind or ordering the wrong length, colour or shape.
- Only a store credit/gift voucher will be given in this circumstance.
- Gift vouchers are not transferable for cash. Gift vouchers are the same as store credits.
- All Gift vouchers and Store credits expire 12 months from the date of issue (so please use them so you don’t waste your money)
Sorry, but we do not except refunds/returns on custom made or special orders unless they are broken in transit or broken by you and you want us to fix it.
