Q. Do I have to create an account to purchase jewellery?

A. No, you do not have to create an account to purchase our products, however there are more benefits and payment methods to our members then our guests, including Afterpay.

Q. Is your site secure?

A. Yes, our website is very secure. Please refer to our Website Security page for more information and peace of mind.

Q. Why can’t I access the wishlist button without creating an account?

A. This feature is one of the benefits of being a member, this function is for registered members. Why not create an account today!

Q. I have found something I like but it is Sold Out, what do I do?

A. There are a few options;

1. You can contact us via our contact page with your request (this then becomes a “Special Order” and requires a deposit to be paid}.

2. You can phone us during these hours: 12pm to 7pm 6 days a week, details on our Contact Us page.

3. You can request a Backorder and when the crystal stocks arrive we will contact you via email for further instructions.

4. Visit us in person at the markets, shows and expos we attend.

Please note: some of these options are only available to our members or local residents.

Q. What Payment Options do you offer online?

A. We have 7 available payment options

1. Direct Deposit (You deposit the total amount + postage {if required} into our business account)

2. PayPal or PayPal Express

3. Lay-by (12 week laybys with fortnightly payments), Goods are sent once the layby is finalised. For more information click here 

4. Cash on delivery (Local Townsville residents only) Order online and pay when we deliver.

5. Afterpay (NEW) Purchase goods and make 4 equal repayments to Afterpay and receive your goods within 5 to 7 days after purchasing. (See below)

6. American Express Checkout

7. Order online and make payment over the phone using our Eftpos machine.

Q. What is Afterpay?

A. Afterpay is another payment method available to you. Please see details below or click on Afterpay (you will be redirected to their website to find out more).

Q. It wont let me use Afterpay? Afterpay doesn’t work…

A. If using Afterpay at checkout, please fill out both residential and Alternative shipping addresses otherwise it wont redirect you to Afterpay to complete your transaction.

We are hoping to resolve this problem soon, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q. Are you available for appointments to discuss designs etc?

A. Yes, private in-person appointments are available at our place, obligation free.

Contact us via email, phone or Facebook to book an appointment. We can discuss things like; which crystals/gemstones to use, which components best suit the design you’re looking for and what size crystals to use. We also do in-person appointments for Formals, Weddings or any other special occasions. Please allow approx. 30mins to an hour for your appointment and your outfit (if you have one).

Q. How long does it take to make a special order?

A. Depending on crystal stocks at the time of the special order request.

If we have the crystals already in stock then it will be ready to ship out to you within a couple of days. If we have to order the crystal stock in, it could take up to 3 weeks for the crystal order to arrive before we can make it, so the sooner you put your special order in before you need it, the sooner the jewellery can be made or stock can be ordered to make it.

Q. I live out of town but want a face to face appointment, is it possible to talk on Skype or Facebook video chat?

A. Of course, an online Skype/Facebook video appointment can be arranged for you, please contact us via email with your request.
